Responsibilities

Manages HOMCO?s External & Internal Projects execution.
Manages the Environmental Health & Safety Manual to be fully implemented in all the properties.
Author of the Fire Safety Plan in all properties and maintain its implementations as per required by the Insurer.
Revisits Workers Job description annually for worker?s upgrades and developments.
Technical support for Construction Team for Electrical Issues.
Evaluates & approves materials quotation during procurement process.?
Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts equipment required by civil defense.
Manages maintenance staff (Supervisors & Technicians) on all maintenance requirements.
Ensure implementation of work according to standard set by the department.
Acts as an adviser for any other technical activities.
Follow and implementation departmental goals, objectives, and action plans.
Keep the informed-on matters that need his attention on departmental operation of the facility.
Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Engineer & Department Head.
