Job Description

We are immediately hiring for 6 positions for a fast growing cloud kitchen concept here in Jeddah. 3 Positions are for a Pizza Maker, and 3 for Line cook. If you have Line Cook or Pizza Maker experience and are open to new opportunities we want to connect with you! We are also hiring kitchen Supervisors so if you have leadership experience you are encouraged to apply.Line Cook Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes
  2. Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen
  3. Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards
  4. Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on quality control schedule
  5. Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  6. Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  7. Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  8. Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  9. Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  10. Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  11. Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
