Ideal candidate shall manage the Company?s internal and external legal matters related to laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization is fully covered against any legal consequences or implications.
Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards are maintained.
As a member of the Management Team, contribute to the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium, and long-term profitability and returns to its shareholders.
Ensure representation on lawsuits, litigation or claims involving the Company so that the Company?s position is protected.
Study and conduct legal research on matters requested by Executive Management and the departments, preparation legal advice regarding new regulations and legislation to ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Regulations and relevant legislation.
Review contracts and agreements concluded with external parties. Negotiate legal documentation to ensure the company?s position is clear and well protected.
Provide support and advice to the tenders and corporate contracts or agreements process as requested and represent AMAK on legal matters with the concerned Ministries.
Develop policies and procedures for handling claims and support of investigations with provision of legal advice with respect to disputes with employees, contractors, and other related parties.
