KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:Carrying out capability assessments across the organizationDesigning blended learning solutionsUsing digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programsApplying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their developmentDesigning a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programsDriving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)Facilitating learning interventionsCreating a coaching culture in the organizationMonitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.Develop required RFPs, ensured approval of business owners, and shared with shortlisted vendorsManage relationship with vendors, evaluate proposals, negotiate, and propose recommendations to decision makersWork closely with vendors and departments to customize and map training programs with defined competenciesCo-develop training programs required budget and logistics plan, aligned with decision makers for necessary approvalsPresents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
