Key Account Sales Executive

Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesCultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts, acting as their primary point of contact.Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue growth and market share.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts through upselling and cross-selling.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the value proposition of products/services.Negotiate contract terms and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats within key accounts.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience.Provide regular sales forecasts and reports, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.Desired Candidate ProfileDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction at all levels.Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in Food Distribution Industry is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of industry trends.Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and customer success.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.Minimum 3 years Experience in related fieldFood distribution experience MandatoryExperience dealing with Key accounts like Danube, Lulu, Al Raya, Tamimi, Al Othaim, Panda, etc..
