1DescriptionManage all aspects of the Brand in a specific account or channel, from sales to marketing, training to fulfilment.Achieve sales, listing, collection, and inventory objectives, liaise internally with different department to ensure customers? development and being in a healthy position.2Accountabilities 1.Responsible & accountable for managing an array of accounts on a brand or multi-brand.2.Building Joint Business Plan (JBP) throughout the year to secure budgets.3.Achieving Sales targets by brand per category.4.Analyzing sales & stock movement and monitor stores performance in all aspects, SKU movements, shortages, aged stock, damages, delivery.5.Ensuring the right assortments/account/store (products? listing)6.Enhancing in-stores visibility & ensuring right prices.7.Developing shelf share & market share in core categories which will be reflected in GFK.8.Communicating with the brand managers in;Securing POs & stock coverage based on stores level & SKU run-rate.New listing plans (as per brand direction)Target breakdown by category & ways to achieve it.Proposing & planning promotional calendar for the customer.Getting approvals on promotions/activities? budgetStock transfer between areas to secure availability.Arrange Training sessions.9.Following up orders fulfilment to achieve the set targets. (Preparing the required reports showing what invoiced, what delivered & what pending to dig into the reasons and fill-in the gaps)10.Visiting the stores to build relations, ensure availability, prices, and getting an update about competition.11.develop availability online, if the customer has a website, and securing A+ content for better visibility.12.Follow up collections & monthly account reconciliation.3KPIs & BonusThe daily direct reporting will be to the regional manager, with a dotted line to brand manager (to be aligned)4KPIs & BonusWill be shared separately as per company policy
