Digital Food Safety and Quality Assurance entails looking after the food safety, product quality, regulations and process control measures to produce safe products through efficient processes. This position is mainly to manage all quality systems using professional softwares once possible.
2-Accountabilities :
Quality related issues initiatives in reporting to TQM to take the required action using the analytical methods.
Food Safety and Quality Assurance imparting related information and expectations internally/cross-functionally and with external partners using Q-Pulse software if applicable.
Performance of quality and process control systems monitoring to ensure food safety, quality, waste and efficiency parameters are within standard using Minitab, Q-Pulse and Plant Master programs / softwares.
Lab test & waste results analysis and communicate process control analytics to all relevant organizational departments using Minitab / Power BI softwares.
Vendor quality documents and performance maintenance.
Track defects, test results, or other regularly reported process control data using Q-Pulse software.
Standard operating procedures implementation regarding food safety & quality assurance topics as needed using Q-Pulse.
Food safety documentation / packaging materials review necessary for regulatory submissions and inspections (SFDA / GSO).
Internal and external audits controls, host, supervise and conducting using Q-Pulse software. Follow up with action plans.
Customer complaints documentation, investigation and response in conjunction with external partners and customer service team using Q-Pulse software.
Analytical with great attention to detail; ability to evaluate quantitative data and translate information into actionable solutions to drive positive business results using the Minitab software.
