Job Description

Job Summary:Supervises employees of the information technology department in accordance with organizational policies and goals. Ensures proper functioning of the organizations information systems and makes upgrades as necessary. Helps business operations group utilize information systems to improve their efficiency. Keeps computer equipment, hardware and software updated to meet organizational needs. Follows appropriate programming procedures.Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Engage issues and troubleshooting.
  • Setup portal users for students, parent and staff.
  • Provide Engage training for staff and users if require (e.g. attendance training)
  • Monitor the process adherence and registration validation on activation or deactivation of each student.
  • Enhancing the validation and monitoring process and modifying the needed policies to make sure engage systems are having the correct data.
  • Provide technical support or training for systems, networks and new softwares.
