Must take the training in LDM system and be conversant within a specified time
Must take training in connecting to lab analyzers and its required drivers
Must be able to travel to the company?s branches to service any required hardware and software installation.
Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.
Troubleshoot computer problems and in using ?TeamViewer? for remote access.
Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
Advise staff on appropriate action.
Work one-on-one with staff when the needs arise
Provide recommendations on company application purchases.
Document resolutions for future reference.
Perform hardware and software installations.
Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
