Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware repair.
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
Firewall configuration & Administration (maintain VPN connection across all branches).
Respond to email messages for users requesting help
Walk users through problem solving process
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN)
Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved
Escalate unsolved issues to higher level of support

Attend branch offices physically to support if required.
