Job Synopsis: Senior Manager, Corporate IT to manage the following areas within Group IT, with Corporate IT being 1 of 2 verticals comprising:

Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Manage IT Service Desk, review current KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs, and evaluate best use of ServiceNow software.
Ensure L2 support are working harmoniously and aligned with support of the Group and utilizing the ServiceNow tool in synch? with the IT Service Desk
Manage the L3 support team who manage the infrastructure and Network (currently 1 x FTE) and align the support functions to work in a collaborative and harmonious way.
Deputize for GM-IT in his/her absence for all matters related to Corporate IT.
Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential for this position as the ?customer-facing? senior manager for all Corporate IT relate issues.
Excellent management skills to ensure excellent team spirit within Corporate IT and working hand-in-hand with the IT Business Systems team.
Excellent stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively and proactively with Head of Business Systems, especially for managing IT Service Desk ticket resolution for the IT Business Systems vertical within Corporate IT.
Work strategically with GM-IT for Corporate IT strategy and alignment with Business Systems.
This is also a customer/colleague facing role so a ?corporate professional? way of working is important for this role ? a professional and personable character is a solid fit for this role.
This role is ?tertiary in command? behind Head of Business Systems and is leader of the IT department if GM-IT and Head of Business Systems are not available for any reason.
