Job Description

  • Manages the requests for loan hardware, including the recall of loaned items, ensuring that the hardware items are tracked and managed.
  • Identifies areas of process improvement and communicates to the line manager.
  • Provides status reports and dashboard reporting.
  • Develops written plans, policies, and procedures to document processes to support the asset management lifecycle.ÿ
  • Maintain the asset database accurately and up to date.
  • Point of contact for Fixed Asset Management Team (FAM)
  • Maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders (Network Team, Infosec, Computer Infrastructure, etc.) and external stakeholders (Finance, Warehouse).
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to the IT asset life cycle.
