Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
Maintain record of receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Post the invoices of the suppliers and manpower.
Follow up and control the inventory movement of the warehouse.
Maintain and update inventory records on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members.
Manage and coordinate the material transfer between different places and locations.
Prepare reports, such as inventory balance, materials, and shortages and submit to the direct manager.
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required and review documentation; track orders and investigate problems. Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
Process and/or approves invoices for payment.
Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform the supplier.
Record and maintain inventory lists, review paperwork and reports, check product codes, and process shipping orders.
Support the management by helping with administrative tasks, identifying discrepancies, and coming up solutions to problems.
Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
