Job Description

A Leading Company Based in Jeddah in the F&B industry is looking for talented and professional candidates to join our team with the following requirements:Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts. Be Accountable and responsible during stocktaking.
  • Manage and supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing stock items to branches.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels in Warehouse and branches, ensuring that theres neither an excess nor a shortage.
  • Work closely with operations, purchasing, finance, and warehousing personnel to ensure inventory needs are met.
  • ÿUpdate and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
  • ÿPrepare regular reports on inventory levels, shortages, and turnovers.
  • Approve transfer orders and issue requisitions accordingly.ÿ
  • Ensure the following of FIFO for goods with shelf life.
  • Manage stock locations and prepare capacity reports.
  • Maintain stock levels and availability.
