Interior DesignerJob Location : Saudi ArabiaMajor Duties and Responsibilities :?Manages the architectural design process by assessing the scope of the project through review.?Develop standardized architectural design for stores within budgets in alignment with specifications defined by the business development manager.?Store redesign to maintain a higher quality image.?Plan annual budget for stores maintenance.?Performs detailed engineering calculations to draw up construction specifications necessary grounding.?Responsible for contractors selection and contracts to maintain stores and kiosks.?Maintain strong working relationships with contractors and outlet manager.?Responsible to implement leading brand identity practices, standards and procedures in all channel outlets.?Follow up with the contractors and provide the management with the progress status report.Job Details :?Bachelors degree in Civil/Architecture engineering or an equivalent.?2 - 3 years of experience in architectural design and project supervision?Extensive exposure in restaurant design and background in material estimation is preferred?Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.
