Planning and organizing Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP); which includes monitoring and implementations of all Daily and Monthly Maintenance Plans.
Trouble-shooting analysis and planning for the major problems.
Preparing Failure analysis reports.
Preparing monthly downtime analysis.
Preparing critical spare parts list & managing materials, arranging/carryout new modifications, and implementation of project jobs under your assignment.
Coordination/follow-up with other departments.
Knowledge in the follow-up of procurement, store, accounts
Knowledge and experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and checklist preparation.
Coordinate/control manpower during shutdowns.
Practical teamwork discipline or collaboration within team members
Couch the technical team under which your supervision is rendered.
Follow safety policy and procedures as outlined in the safety manual, including participation in any emergency maintenance work.
Do another task as assigned.perform SAP required jobs & reports
