Job Description

You will be responsible for building an innovation culture, building an internal platform for capturing innovative ideas including its associate rewards program built with HR, bringing new technology ideas for our business, working with start-ups and universities to develop partnerships and impactful programs, organizing technology presentations and events for associates, organizing hackathons, and other related activities.You will be expected to manage innovations project risks and issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in a corporate innovation setting. You should have a strong understanding of various innovation frameworks and be able to manage cross-functional teams effectively. You should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to convey innovative ideas to stakeholders and senior management, and strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues and develop solutions for successful implementation. Fluency in English is required for this position, and Arabic is a plus.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about innovation and digital technology and has a proven track record of delivering successful innovation projects in a corporate setting.

  • Build and maintain a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creative thinking and experimentation among our associates.
  • Collaborate with business units and other corporate functions within the organization to identify innovation opportunities and develop new products and services.
  • Build and maintain an internal innovation platform that captures and evaluates ideas from employees across the organization.
  • Conduct market research and identify emerging technologies and trends that could benefit the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant external stakeholders, such as industry associations, academic institutions, and technology providers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and work with start-ups and universities to develop partnerships that bring new technology ideas to the company.
  • Organize and oversee hackathons and other innovation-related events.
  • Organize technology presentations and events for associates, including guest speakers and workshops.
