Job Description

Job Purpose:Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus, by using hand and power tools, in order to keep all utilities? electrical devices maintained and fully performed with fewer errors.

  • Perform preventative maintenance activity for electrical utilities, in order to carry out the standard maintenance schedule and minimize machinery breakdown.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work area and potential risks are communicated for corrective action in order to follow the company?s health & safety policy.

  • Prepare and fill up all required information in maintenance sheet/ report, in order to record any abnormal events happening in the process of equipment and/ or machine.
  • Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the plant activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
  • Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area of the manufacturingactivity so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
  • Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account ?international best practice?, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
