Job Description

To coordinate implementation of the Integrated Management System across all plants of NOMAC in the assigned geography, to ensure proper execution of programs and application of IMS accredited standards, business policies /procedures, and work processes in the relevant areas.ÿIMS Coordination:ÿ

  • Support the Regional / Plant management with the implementation of the Integrated Management Systems policies and procedures, in order to ensure proper design of IMS programs to be implemented as per the timelines.
  • Conduct awareness training on IMS architecture to ensure that different parties within the organization are equipped with the necessary level of IMS knowledge.
  • Develop IMS reports etc., to ensure the management has all the relevant information to inform their decision making and any escalated issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001; ISO 27001 and ISO 22301planning, processes, procedures, templates, work instructions for the organization.
System Monitoring
  • Carry out a gap analysis of existing IMS and make recommendations in order to find adequate solutions to narrow that gap.
  • Identify non-compliance in system and send findings to management to ensure that corrective action has taken place in a timely manner.
  • Track and verify that corrective and preventive actions initiated, comply with external/internal technical audits.
  • Verify corrective and preventive actions plans to ensure their effectiveness and in order to maintain records.
Management Reviews
  • Assist in preparing for Corporate Management Reviews annually by adequate collaboration with EFs and Plants to ensure that the functional performances including Customer ratings and KPIs are assessed, reviewed and actions to fill the gaps are identified and implemented.
  • Support the Performance Assurance Teams of each region in conducting Regional Management Reviews twice every year.
Auditÿ
  • Coordinate IMS internal / external (ISO based) audit process in collaboration with the Regional and Plant Management and ensure the provision of relevant information to ensure effective flow and completion of the audit process.
  • Monitor the activities of and follow up with the relevant department managers and functional heads to ensure timely completion of all corrective actions identified from the audit findings and identify corresponding preventive actions.
IMS Documentation:ÿUpdate and coordinate the records and the necessary standards of documents and business processes pertaining to the IMS function to ensure compliance with set formats, specifications and document review clauses
