Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.?Candidates should be aware of and well expecrienced in the KPI design and implementation.Responsibilities

  1. Strategic planning
  2. Recruitment & Update the
  3. Benefit & compensation
  4. Management & Supervision & follow-up all human resources work
  5. Training & development
  6. Payroll Management
  7. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
  8. GOV relations
  9. Talent attraction and recruitment ( local & international )
  10. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  11. Saudization Program
  12. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
  13. Organizing the Annual Leaves throughout the year
  14. Making sure transactions go smooth with no delays within HR
  15. Generate periodic reports and send to concerned managers timely and accurately
  16. Maintain all data on HRMS with regards to the hiring, firing, transfers, promotions, and demotions processes and Monitor payroll records
  17. Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
  18. Knowledge in Saudi labor law
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years experience in Human Resources Management?
  • Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
  • English Language speaking, writing, reading
