Job Description

Job SummaryThe incumbent holds the responsibility to create a safe working environment in all buildings and sites of BCR in close collaboration with the QHSE Officer.Role Key Responsibility:

  • Report health and safety-related issues to QHSE Officer to take the required actions using the OH&S management system.
  • Perform GxP internal audits such as Daily QHSE, GMP and GSP audits for the whole plant facility and ensure its implementation.
  • Inspect, investigate, take measurements, samples, and photographs to all OH&S-related issues and communicate to QHSE Officer to inform cross-functional department into the proper forum.
  • Coordinate with the fire alarm and firefighting maintenance supplier and ensure smooth maintenance in BCR.
  • Participate in HACCP and HSE risk assessment.
  • Perform the necessary tasks to maintain the ISO 45001 certification for BCR in close collaboration with the team.
  • Organize and maintain pest control management in the factory.
  • New product recipes, materials transfer and destruction, BOM, and creation of PR/PO are managed through uploading in AX dynamic.
  • Shop floor trainings responsibility for GMP and Packaging Integrity.
  • Carry out additional relevant tasks as advised by the direct supervisor.
  • Adhere to all BCR policies and procedures.
