Job Description

Job SummaryThe HSE officer will handle all activities related to health and safety on the project site. This shall be done through the? implementation of corresponding policies and procedures, monitoring, and continual improvementTasks and Duties

  • Communicate with HSE Manager to implement safety rules and measures on the project site?
  • Perform periodic inspections, audits by the project HSE schedule to keep track of all activities? status?
  • Implement safety measures as per safety policies and procedures across all projects. Follow up on labor and employees on-site and ensure they are abiding by safety rules and regulations.??
  • Report incidences when occurring and develop a monthly report to consultant and FSA to keep track of all? incidents and try to avoid reoccurrence?
  • Responsible for preparing written weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics, and presentations related to HSE? performance?
  • Implementation of all accident prevention activities in the site in coordination with the Direct Supervisor and Project? Manager.??
  • Meet daily with HSE coordinator to communicate issues and incidences?
  • Attend daily project sites strictly on-site or a few minutes before to ensure monitoring of safety measures and implementation. Ensure the provision of PPE on-site for all employees when required.?
  • Assist the HSE Training Coordinator in preparing and update HSE statistical tracking and trending data?
  • Assist direct managers on pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and provide help while designing risk? mitigation measures?
  • Develop all the required documentation, operational checks, and reports for the HSE System
