Provide HSE leadership, training and operational support to all levels under them and across all functional groups.
Ensure all HSE processes and procedures are implemented and standardized.
Track HSE metrics and use the data to identify and reduce risk.
Assist in all aspects of incident investigation including verifyingroot causes and approvingthe implementation of preventative actions.
Monitor HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the project and identify HSE hazards and eliminate their causes systematically.
Prepare HSE plan, supporting procedures and safe work methods statements prior to commencement of work.
Ensure emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergency situations.
Maintain chemical hazardous waste program including chemical accumulation and accumulation area inspections.
Educate, motivate and train personnel in HSE aspects by providing toolbox talks.
Control of visitors? movement as per the HSE polices.
