Job Description

As an HR Trainee for Tamheer, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop essential skills in the field of Human Resources. You will be an integral part of our HR team, supporting various HR functions and initiatives relating to Tamheer ProgramResponsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
  • Support the performance management process by assisting in performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • ˙Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
  • ˙Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement within the HR department.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as assigned.
