Job Description

  • Will support an existing HR manager to develop and evolve the HR Function.
  • Help with any recruitment requirements
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of Payroll
  • Review incentive schemes, document such schemes and make updates
  • Solove issues with Ministry of HR, GOSI and ensure a good standing of the firm
  • Improve the culture of the firm
  • Deal with HR grievances
  • Monitor Iqamas renewals and any other requirements
  • Monitor and improve the pricing of Medical insurance
