Your Role:
The HR Business Partner role requires a confident communicator who can embed themselves in the business and the separate functions, understand their challenges, knit them together and get under the skin of what their immediate needs are as well as succession plans. This particular role will partner with specific departments and functions to enable a true partnership to develop the level of detailed knowledge. You will touch every part of HR, ensuring the management team have the people at the heart of all the decision making. Youll play a key role in educating, supporting and growing client?s fast-paced food manufacturing business. Youll work with an empowering people Head of HR who will back you all the way. You will enjoy being a visual HR professional who has a presence with the workforce because this role gives the opportunity to implement change. This role is for a true strategic business partner who can get to the root cause of issues and collaborate on the solutions to effect positive change.
