To deliver sales performance that meets the set company objectives Develop action plan to lead team in achievement of set sales objectives. Effective sales coverage penetration Promote and sell Frozen Cakes , pastries and Ice Cream to Cafes , Restaurant , Pastry Shops and Hotels .Ensure effective implementation of marketing activities for the respective principals ,Provide feedback on sales performance market competitive information to sales management or respective principals on a regular basis Deliver any task required within the job role.
