Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Home Appliances Retails Manager who is responsible for managing Home Appliances stores and the overall performance of the entire stores. This includes, but is not limited to, selecting, scheduling, supervising, directing, coaching, counseling, disciplining, training; sales volume, key driver and profitability analysis; local marketing; identification and solution of business problems; creation and implementation of competitive strategies; managing productivity standards; and overall store management responsibilities.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sets plans and strategies to lead the stores to ensure achievement of business goals in sales and miscellaneous revenue.
  • Prepares and sets up products on the sales floor.
  • Ensures execution of product moves per the monthly sales planner.
  • Develops and executes marketing plans to drive sales at stores.
  • Manage stores activates, staff, opens, closes, and secures the stores.
  • Recognizes sales team for exceptional performance through the management of the entire sales floor and operations.
  • Conducts observation, training, and coaching of staff in the selling process and skills.
  • Demonstrates a high level of energetic response to customers and focuses the team on the same.
  • Reacts quickly to resolve customer issues.
  • Understands local market focus and tracks competition and trends in the market.
  • Educate staff on productivity measures to help each associate understand how he/she contributes to the stores overall sales performance.
  • Reports/presentations to Sales Manager regarding business performance, identification of areas of opportunity, and plan and strategy to enhance performance and/or remedy issues.
  • Prepares and moves products to the appropriate staging locations including the stockrooms, customer pick-up areas, and the sales floor.
  • Maintains the stockroom in a neat, orderly, and safe manner.
