Job Description

Head of Admissions (International School)The purpose of the role is to ensure increase of enrollments and good management of admissions for the school through effective initiative, streamlining of the admissions process, monitoring of student exits and by building a strong relationship of trust and customer service with existing and new parents to support retention of students, attract new families and enhance the reputation of the school

  • Build a detailed strategy to drive more admissions
  • Map the entire admission process for students at the school; design and implement strategies to convert maximum enquiries into admissions
  • Learn about admission strategies and customize strategy for increasing admissions for the school
  • Monitor and respond promptly to the enquiries received by the school across all channels such as website, telephone, email and school visits
  • Providing parents with information about the school and admissions requirements and processes
  • Inform the parents of the outcome of the admissions process, and follow up on pending steps
  • Provide school information to potential parents and students
  • Ensure compliance by the Admissions Policy in all aspects of work while driving admissions in the school
