Responsibilities

Performs opening and closing procedures for the Golf Shop
Responsible for the transaction of all retail sales through the Golf Shop POS
Collects applicable green fees and membership payments from guests as they arrive
Makes reservations (tee-times, tuition, etc) and assists guests on the phone
Assists guests by selling merchandise and providing information in a professional manner
Assists with rotating stock and keeping displays clean and orderly
Assist with creating appealing merchandise displays
Assists with monthly merchandise inventories using the Open To Buy plan
Full compliance of: EZ Links, Jonas, Troon Rewards and Visage
Will work with Golf Operations and player assistants to facilitate orderly start and play on the golf course
Regular and reliable attendance is expected at all times and high levels of personal appearance.
Performs other duties as required by the department and or other departments.
