Group CFO - Listed Manufacturing CompanyThis is an excellent opportunity to join this Saudi listed manufacturing group during a period of change and growth.Reporting directly to the CEO this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Professional to take overall responsibility to lead a team of professionals, working closely with the Operational teams and ensuring full compliance with the CMA and IFRS reporting standards.Role Objectives:To provide support to the CEO and the leadership team in accordance with the corporate vision and business strategy; providing key advice on external influences and their potential impact on the business.To ensure that accurate and timely financial & management reports are produced in line with CMA, Company and Regulatory requirements.To ensure effective External Audits and Reviews, with a view to meet all regulatory requirements and deadlines; and Compliance to all relevant regulations and best practices To influence and direct the business financially to enable it to achieve long-term sustained profitability.To ensure effective management of risk and opportunity within the business to enable it to achieve planned profitability within a controlled framework.Ensure full compliance with external reporting requirements
