Job Description

  • Perform the assigned duties based on the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
  • Stay up to date on compliance best practices and initiatives.
  • Help in Implementing and managing compliance programs.
  • Develop and review policies for the IKK Group and its subsidiaries.
  • Maintain tracking records for all documents related to the Governance and Compline department.
  • Arrange for a monthly report on new or/and amended regulations and laws issued by the government and other agencies.
  • Liaise with Legal Department, HR, FI, IT, and other IKK companies for compliance issues.
  • Prepare necessary reports on compliance status.
  • Suggests initiatives and programs that will aid in improving compliance within the IKK Group.
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • Regularly review company procedures, practices, and documents to identify potential weaknesses or risks.
  • Evaluate company procedures to determine compliance risk.
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
  • ÿIdentify issues and risks
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
  • Participate in the problem resolution
  • Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas
  • Create recording system and monitoring all related documentation.
  • Providesÿmanagementÿwithÿco informationÿby researching and analyzing data and preparing reports
  • Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
