Job Description

Role Purpose: Perform repair, sanitation, installation, and preventative maintenance for fountain equipment in marketAccountabilities:

  1. Attend Fountain machine complains in marketing and perform diagnosis and repair in market.
  2. Perform preventive maintenance and sanitation for fountain equipment in market based on time schedule.
  3. Perform the route check calls for fountain equipment based on the time schedule given for each customer.
  4. Perform installation of fountain equipment in market and handle all works required till commissioning of the unit.
  5. Perform product quality tests at every call as per fountain quality repair and service standards.
??????6.????Update system (Handheld) with all completed works with accurate and complete information for spare parts,KPI?s and equipment condition.??????7.????Educate customers on basic equipment repair and maintenance.?????????Maintain spare parts inventory in service van and manage system update and inventory????replenishment and recovery of defected parts from market.????????8.????Perform all activities in a safe manner as per local Safety standards.????????9.????Operate & maintain service vehicles as per standard regulations.?
