Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market share within the competitive FMCG landscape.Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to drive exceptional results.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.Build and nurture strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure optimal product placement and sales velocity.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth in a competitive market.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and channel management.
