Key Accountabilities:Financial/Monetary: (Receivable):? Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition? Cash flow management by monitoring and balancing cash flows into and out of a business to meet obligations and optimize investment.? Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances? Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting? Compliance with all accounting standards.? Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax & Zakat filings.Customer/Client: (Internal/External):? Engage in discussions with management to increase efficiencies in processes? Enhance and improve automation of financial reports submitted to management, in coordination with the IT Division? Dealing with internal and external auditors for audit requirements for financePeople/Employee: (Unit/Group-wide):? Manage and train the accounts staff? Work and cooperate with other departments and sister companies.Internal Processes/Practices: (Productivity/Quality/Compliance):? Identify lapses in internal controls and share the same with the CFO, so that the processes may be improved and provide solutions? Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
