Drive and support AFET?s financial standing and profitability through strategic plans and partnership initiatives with all stakeholders internally and externally to ensure profitability objectives and targets are achieved.
Develop and manage the required monitoring mechanism to manage the financial performance of AFET companies in KSA by providing efficient reporting and escalation systems.
Design and manage a proactive financial risk management system to raise and mitigate all potential risks in terms of cash, debt collections, expenses mana, etc.
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decisions affecting acquisitions and/or mergers and investments to maximize the return on investment and influence the proper directions.
Develop and manage the annual financial budget for the organization by leading the planning exercise and monitoring expenses with a proper reporting mechanism to ensure control and compliance.
Manage all bank relations leveraging AFET?s span of assets and workforce to initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions and corporate deals in favor of the organization and workforce assets.
Manage all accounts payables and receivables efficiently with required compliance and optimize the cash flow and meet operational needs and commitment with the vendors.
Develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the finance functions to improve the overall operation and effectiveness.
Manage all internal and external stakeholders in line with the financial operations to ensure full compliance and legality e.g. Zakah, SAMA, SIMA, and Bank relations.
