?Develops, installs and modifies finance systems and procedures??to maintain efficient operational excellence in order to achieve?strategic objectives.?Administers and manages the budget process for the company, covering the distribution of the budget packs, the consolidation of submissions and preparation of executive summaries for final approval by the CEO, ensuring that the process is completed in a timely manner.?Oversees the analysis of current and historical financial operations and estimating future expenditures for budgets preparations.?Implements and manages internal controls with respect to financial policies, processes and procedures.?Manages preparation of monthly financial statements and external reporting to financial institutions, ensuring that all reporting requirements are met within the scheduled deadlines.?Acts as a Liaison offer with CMA to ensure the compliance with their requirements.?Reconciles revenue and cost figures with the actual data in financial systems, monitoring variances and taking preventive measures to restrict the variance within tolerance levels and generates variation reports of financial performance against budgets.?Assigns and authorizes cheques, purchase orders and invoices.?Ensures compliance with local laws, and international accounting budgetary reporting requirements.?Liaises the preparation of audit & DZIT schedules and provide them with requested information in timely manner.?Co?ordinates with the external auditors to ensure timely completion of yearly audited financial statements.?Registers and controls the fixed assets , including fixed asset modification, depreciation value calculation.
