Job ObjectiveFinancial Controller oversees reporting and planning aspect of the business by working closely with both internal and external parties and drives financial discipline for all entities to report quality and accurate monthly results on or before the agreed deadlines. This individual is an expert in reporting standards related to IFRS and SOCPA and in use of spreadsheets. The position collaborates with all the departments of Sales, Operations, Customer Service, IT and Human Resources to take their input and to guide them about financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and planning process. Also work closely with associated companies and at the group level.Primary Duties and Responsibilities? Finalize monthly Trial balance.? Prepare monthly Financial Reporting Package.? Cost Control and Cost Center Reporting with all stake holders.? Prepare budgeting and forecasting.? Prepare Cash forecasting.? Prepare monthly information package presentation? Prepare Feasibility Reports.? Maintain Budget control file.? Supervise collections process? Supervise AP function that includes invoice recording, vendor recon and balance confirmations. Also to issue AP reports? Supervise maintenance of Fixed Asset Register, CWIP schedule, write off and physical check? Coordinate with internal and external auditors? Oversee all accounting works done by Accountants.? Responsible for managing GL chart of accounts and GL reconciliations? Review and improve internal controls of the company? Fulfill ad hoc management requirements? Assist CFO in various projects.
