Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading Global Technology company in Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire a Finance, Research and Logistics Lead who will be responsible for leading the day-to-day applications functional modules operations and implement changes related to Finance & Research and maintain a stable and integrated functional architecture.- Identify and monitor the development of project scope, time, cost and risk.- Develop project plans for Finance, Logistics, Academics & Research modules support, changes and upgrades.- Evaluate risks to the integrity of service environment inherent in proposed implementations. Seek authority for those activities, reviews the effectiveness of change implementation, and suggests improvement to organizational procedures governing change management.- Lead assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of changesbased on requests for change.- Develop, prioritize and monitor short/long terms SAP and Share Point functional improvement plans for finance, research, supply chain, maintenance and align it with ADM initiatives.- Ensure that all requests for support are dealt with according to set standards and procedures.- Analyze metrics and reports on performance of incident management process. Drafts and maintains procedures and documentation for applications support.- Lead and monitor support processes and identify areas for improvements. Initiates and monitors actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes and services.- Implement stakeholder engagement/ communications plans- Develop priorities and monitor short/long terms functional improvement plans for Finance & Research Support solutions and custom developed solutions and aligns it with enterprise applications initiatives.- Advise on application security, licensing, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery needs.Requirements- Bachelors degree holder, preferably in Computer Science or an IT related discipline.(Masters degree preferable.)- 7+ years of experience.- Has prior experience working in a leadership role- Excellent communications skills.?- SAP certified on at least one module.- Experience in implementing SAP S/4 Project implementation would be beneficial.BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits
