Job Title: ????????Factory Operations Manager (Zahid Industries)Responsibilities:

The Research and Development of current to continuously improve on the quality of the finished products and develop new products to expand on the services provided by the company.
Responsible of the operations team in the factory including production, stores, procurement, design and factory maintenance
Continuously assess the vendors, quality of their supplies and their competitive pricing

Accountability:

Continuously strive to improve efficiency, professionalism, motivation and growth if all the staff in all the departments
Continuously improve the design of the offered products
Continuously improve the production processes to raise the efficiency of the production team
Introduce a more efficient,?lean and cost effective production process, with focus on quality, safety and international standards
Help the company grow its production capacity and contribute to the competitiveness of the Zahid Group market offerings.
Diversify products offerings and extend the company capabilities beyond the existing product offering
Annually prepare, present and implement Budget and Objective Plans for his departments
