Implement and maintain operational security schedules for officers on duty within the area of responsibility to ensure all facilities under control remain safe and secure at all times.
Responsible to ensure Security policies, procedures and minimum security standards are observed within the area of responsibility.
Assist in developing departmental operational targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s) to achieve overall risk reduction and improve operational efficiencies.

Oversees all vendor services to provide quality daily management of the properties including administration and supervision of all contract services relating to maintenance of the properties, such as cleaning, security, Sub contractor, Vendor.
Ensure Facility CCTV is up running at all time further ensure that all process line is covered under CCTV.
Maintain external contacts with Security companies to improve overall operational efficiencies and performance whilst assisting in overall physical risk reduction.
Responsible for producing reports of all incidents and allegations of theft to line management after complete investigation.
Produce and circulate monthly management report clearly identifying security issues and risks.
Identification of operational risk through physical inspections logs and reports with subsequent mitigation plans and actions.
Develop a close working relationship with the businesses and to cater to their various property needs ensuring a high level of satisfaction, time service delivery and overall quality assurance.
Interfacing with governmental regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with various code/building requirements further ensure all required governmental license are validated on time.
Closely monitor and coordinate on facility light bills and rental.
Responsible to monitor security third party contractor performance through Service Level Agreements on day-to-day operational requirements.
Responsible for officer?s time and attendance, welfare and presentation; to organize appropriate training for officers under supervision and for the incentive and discipline of associates under supervision.
Implement Security policies and procedures in line with company policy and local legislation and to implement minimum security standards within the area of responsibility to ensure Legal compliance to Security Legislation.
Monitor the use of vehicles and equipment to ensure serviceability and use Arrange for any repairs or modification to equipment as required for operational needs.
Researches new programs or processes to improve quality/costs for Clients.
Conducting ongoing inspection of facilities, equipment and furniture and perform life cycle costing and analysis.
