Job Description

Will work to design educator training programs, build and lead our educators community for Exed, and work across internal faculty focusing on Exed education content and subjects. will also be responsible for creating and curating content, partnering with internal & external faculty, and education organizations to support joint efforts, and advising on program feature design. Creative thinking, pragmatic execution, great flexibility, and entrepreneurial spirit are required for this position. Exceptional in writing a proposal for customized programs

  • Developing programs to grow and support Exed strategic goals.
  • Developing training materials and working with faculty members and Head of Education in crafting a program proposal for customized Exed opportunity.
  • Creating and curating learning experiences and content flow and sequence.
  • Engaging with Case study center to inform relevant development of cases to be used in programs.
  • Act as a customer advocate in program feature development and prioritization.
  • Fitch for external faculty members to deliver programs with MBSC. (adjunct faculty).
  • Responsible for program design and learning outcome qualities.
  • Evaluate and report Faculty performance and make suggestions.
