The primary purpose of the job:Make quality repairs to Machinery after first diagnosing the fault. To be able to pass on technical information to those working with him.Principal Accountabilities:- Quick efficient quality repairs to quality products.- Keep work area tidy and ensure tooling is sufficient and in good order.- Read and understand wiring drawings, repair requests and technical literature.- Pass his knowledge on to his fellow workers.- Work unassisted and in the field, as and when required.Liaises with:- Senior Mechanics- Supervisor- Service˙Manager
