To ensure all area of the plant (Electrical) are maintained according to company directive to ensure a safe working environment regarding plant and equipment for all staff. Organize and liaise with external contractors.
Job Tasks:
To liaise with Engineering Supervisor regarding Daily Production Plan for equipment set up.
Form and fabricate parts and components for repair to machines, equipment or facilities working from graphic, written or verbal directions and specifications
Use machine tools and hand tools working with variety of metals and other materials within prescribed tolerance as directed
Comply with PPE, Personal Hygiene and Personal Safety Procedure Established in NMC and Ensure Environment Safety During Work.
Analyze malfunctioning machines and system (Electrical) recommend corrective action and upon approval make repairs or modifications as approved by Engineering Manager.
Use best practices, basic date tables, handbook and technical references to determine sizes capacities dimensions and other working date.
Maintain working understanding of plant processes, equipment, systems and facilities in order to perform maintenance effectively under general direction.
Analyses and repair specialized equipment heavily dependent on electronic controls, electro mechanical mechanisms and related components under general direction.
Other work as assigned by Engineering Supervisor & Manger.
To ensure Compliance with GMP, SOP & OMS system of NMC.
To maintain workshop area in a clean and tidy manner.
To ensure all documentation is completed in correct manner
