Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist with experience in Google Ads, Tag Manager, Merchant, Google Analytics, Pixels moderation, and integration. The candidate must have the ability to upload images to the platform, change prices during discounts, create reports, manage the website, work on Magento and Shopify, and manage the fulfilment process.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager and Merchant Center
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Implement pixels and tracking codes across all pages and platforms.
  • Upload product images and ensure they meet the platforms guidelines.
  • Monitor and adjust product prices during promotions and discounts.
  • Create regular reports on website performance and sales.
  • Manage the website, including adding new products, updating content, and ensuring the website is up to date and fully functional.
  • Work on Magento or Shopify platforms to ensure a seamless e-commerce experience for customers.
  • Manage the fulfilment process, including order processing, shipping, and tracking.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled on time and accurately, with minimal errors or delays.
  • Liaise with vendors, carriers, and logistics providers to optimize the fulfilment process and reduce costs.
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurate and up to date, with regular stock counts and reconciliation.
  • Resolve any issues related to the fulfilment process, including order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
