Job Description

Job PurposeTo? research and analysis of trends and economic changes, which can save HB from loss or profitability because of overstocking or changes in consumer interests.Responsibilities

  1. Identify variances based on historical performance and expected future activities of HB products, and plan inventory needs for future demand to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Conduct monthly meeting with the marketing team to receive the new product launches,? and marketing campaigns, to plan with the concerned parties (production, purchasing, material planning, production planning) to ensure successful execution of new product launches and marketing campaigns to achieve HB targets.
  3. Provide concerned parties (supply chain, marketing, product development, purchasing, production) with the availability of launching new products or stopping existing products from the time line or quantity perspectives and its impact on the sales targets.?
  4. Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models and software tools) to? create? forecasts and respective inventory targets .??
  5. Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with Marketing Managers, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, and promotions) to achieve sales targets.
  6. Calculates and keeps track of forecast accuracy by region, country and product lines for accurate information for management.
  7. ?Deliver regular reports to concerned parties to keep track of HB products performance.
  8. Utilize analytical, marketing, sales and purchasing knowledge to effectively plan future increases or decreases of HB? product demands by consumers.
  9. Back up for Senior RM Planner.
