Job brief:Ensure our company?s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models.Role responsibilities:Order planning:vOrder Placement: communicating with the supplier the needed stock to achieve the sales forecast.vMonitor Delivery plan: managing the delivery of the shipment to all warehouses.vStock allocation: transferring the stock between the branches as per the forecast.vManaging shipments to branches warehouse from Central warehousesvInventory management:? Slow Movers & NPI: defining and monitoring the slow movers and high coverage inventory with coordination with the sales team.? ABC Analysis: Categorizing the inventory based on the sales performance.? Inventory Matrix: emphasizing the non-complaint, non-sellable, and stock with zero forecasts.vForecast accuracy & Sales performance: highlighting the forecast accuracy effects on the inventory in terms of availability and freshness.vSales and operation planning: conducting S&OP meetings with the sales team to highlight the business and inventory challenges and plan accordantly.vMonthly forecast review: conducting a meeting with the supplier to review the sales performance, plan for the YTG forecast plan and highlight any stock availability issues.vDevelop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.vDefining and monitoring slow-moving itemsvConducting ABC analysisvSupport management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.vPropose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.vSuccessfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.vMonitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.vConduct monthly forecast maintenance.vAddress demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
