Responsible to have adequate stock availability in all the branches of company.
Place monthly orders on ERP system to fulfill sales need based on sales Forecast.
Communicate with the suppliers to ensure orders will be shipped on time.
Communicate and follow up with the SFDA upon need.
Responsible to follow up with respective branches for inter branch transfers.
Coordination with respective clearing and forwarding team for clearance of containers / shipments?from Port to AFDC warehouse.
Responsible to prepare Baseline Forecasts according to business trend.
Daily , weakly and monthly reporting to management (stock , sales , collection , return , E&D etc..)
Responsible to address demand planning related issues in a timely and effective manner.
