Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
  • Report to and assist the Delivery Controller in daily tasks and duties.
  • Ensure that the company policies align with and advance business objectives.
  • Strategically map-out, plan, and manage customer delivery and installations.
  • Analyze and maintain operational data.
  • Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of company processes.
  • Train staff in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work through the Aziz system.
  • Set goals for staff and monitor their progress through the Aziz system.
  • Conduct frequent performance reviews of all the staff.
  • Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency.
  • Track and maintain operational costs.
  • Maintain positive client and vendor relationships.
