Job Description

Job PurposeResponsible to enter data for Production Work Orders in Packaging stage. i.e. Goods Issue, Completion confirmation, Goods receipt, and Transfer posting in SAP.? Ensure cables/reel released by Q.C. in good condition by meeting all customer requirements.Responsibilities

  1. Do the transactions in SAP for Packaging Production Work Order (Goods Issue, Completion confirmation, and Goods receipt)
  2. Prepare Transfer reports daily, and forward to all concerned department.
  3. To carry out Physical inventory for PCP, and update inventory records.
  4. Organizing and filing the documents for archiving.
  5. Check the reels physically, reel #, end caps etc. prior to transfer posting.
  6. Perform other similar or related duties from time to time as and when required as per the instruction of Leader, Transfer & Tagging.
